It is a privilege to represent buyers and sellers in what is often their most important financial and family decision.
Success in this fast- paced, high-stakes real estate market requires initiative and a good degree of tenacity. Integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness are the measures of character on which I have strived to build my career. Maintaining a clear focus on my client’s best interest is at the core of my responsibilities.
Buying and selling a home can be stressful! I am often called on to be the trusted and calming voice supporting clients’ decisions and their strongest advocate to achieve success in a highly competitive environment. Whether it is guiding them down the path towards homeownership or through the sometimes-difficult process of selling the longtime family home, it is always with a watchful eye, avoiding potholes and solving issues as they arise. And a sense of humor is always an asset. Our team often jokes that we will one day write a book and title it “You want me to do what!?” Over the many years we’ve likely taken care of the “it” or helped find the best solution!
Working with partners and on a team allows each of us to focus our energy in our respective area of passion complementing our strengths to enhance each client’s experience. I gain tremendous personal satisfaction and excitement in guiding clients to the right home for their needs. Finding the home is just the beginning. Understanding the intricacies of location, the complexity of the documentation, the underlying conditions of a home, and having an expansive network of professionals to support clients make sound decisions are the value-add proposition I bring to each and every client’s experience.
The more creative aspect of my job is in overseeing the preparation of our listings for market presentation. Staging homes is the standard of care on our market. You will often find me in a lighting store, meeting with contractors, landscapers, painters, stagers and photographers overseeing the myriad of details to enhance the visual presentation of each home, making our listings the most attractive to show, ultimately maximizing the return for our clients.
